Milly Seymour

Milly is a Financial Adviser (FSP1000507) under AdviceLab Limited and she is giving financial advice on behalf of Wealthpoint Limited.
 
Milly joined AdviceLab as an Adviser in 2023 after working as a Broker in both General and Life and Health Insurance for many years. She is based in Hataitai, Wellington and services the Greater Wellington Region.
 
Milly has a passion for educating kiwis on their Insurance financial literacy and ensuring her clients understand their covers and how they work. Taking the time to meet and form long-lasting relationships with all clients is important to Milly, rather than only being able to touch on a percentage of clients in a large shared portfolio,  and was the key driver in her transition to becoming a self-employed adviser. Being able to look after her clients for years to come and being able to get to know you, your family or business's financial goals and priorities and regularly check in on these means every client is being serviced uniquely by Milly.

Milly is passionate about Insurance and loves visiting Workplaces to give presentations on Employee Benefit plans or just generally discussing Insurance to employees. Milly's specialty lies in Employee Benefits having worked as an Account Manager for over 70 groups in a previous role and is passionate about the difference these can make in a Workplace. Whether it is a Group Life and Income Protection plan for Staff or a Group Health Insurance plan, you can rest assured that Milly will manage your plan from implementation to new starters, leavers and annual renewals.
 
Milly works closely with a number of Real Estate agents in the Greater Wellington Region, having formed close working relationships assisting agents with general questions when listing the property and taking buyers through the quoting process to ensure approval before settlement or explore all options with the agent and vendor to get it over the line.
